PLAZA MANOLETE. DISTRICT OF TETUÁN

01

Developed for: Díaz Moreno Arquitectos

Type of project: residential

Elements:

  • Connecting doors
  • Wardrobes and shelving units
  • Panelling
  • Bathroom units
  • Partitions

Description:

For this residential project, folding doors were designed with integrated skirting board along with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors made of white lacquered fibreboard, with hidden hinges. White fitted wardrobes with outward-opening doors merge with the walls, forming an integrated part of the entire space. The doors in the master bedroom are really striking with stained glass doors and Cancun linen inside. The project includes bathroom units in a shade of natural wood. As a special project, the original sliding screen made of oak palilleria has been restored, allowing for visibility in the room without losing the open space, while also helping as a decorative feature and partition.

Challenges of the project:

The main challenge of this project was to integrate all the elements to make them merge with the space, lending the rooms a huge feeling of spaciousness, unique design and exclusive style.
