Description:

Entrance doors, large-scale folding, sliding connecting doors, designer cabinets, bathroom units, custom-built kitchen units and special features in the living room and main bedrooms. These are the elements forming part of the house in  Calle Serrano in Madrid. The main entrances stand out for their design and finish, along with the large sliding doors, which convert into real partitions dividing the rooms and furniture.

The doors and cupboards, made of oak lacquered in white and cobalt blue, lend the whole design a real sense of contrast that is both sophisticated and elegant. The main hallway has glass-featured panelling to transmit a feeling of open space. Another striking feature is offered by the walk-in closets with huge mirrors lending greater depth to the bedrooms.

The custom-built kitchen units make this room a key feature in differentiating the project. The colour theme is maintained, combined with exquisite decoration, lending the living-dining room area a design with much cleaner lines.

Challenges of the project:

The main challenge of this project was to make the carpentry the main feature of the interior decoration, by introducing an overarching theme that would endow every room with a unique functional design.
